  • Customers will receive a tracking code, which may take up to 3 working days to display movement in the courier’s system.

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on logistics, destination, and external factors.

5. Size Variations

  • Minor variations of up to 3 cm are acceptable and do not constitute a defect.

  • Exchanges due to incorrect size choice will only be accepted upon payment of new shipping and any additional costs.

  • Subjective perceptions of quality do not constitute a defect if the product meets the technical specifications provided.


7. Delivery and Proof of Receipt

  • An order is considered delivered once the courier records delivery at the address provided, regardless of who signs for it (e.g., concierge, neighbour, or family member).

  • “Item not received” claims will only be accepted once the maximum delivery timeframe stated in the Shipping Policy has elapsed, and must be submitted formally to our support team.


8. Limitation of Liability

Ashvell shall not be held liable for:

  • Delivery delays or failures caused by third parties, force majeure, or unforeseen events (including strikes, roadblocks, or natural disasters).
